Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. What should my child wear/bring for practices?

A. Athletes will be asked to wear leggings or shorts, a full length shirt like a t-shirt, and hair up in a pony-tail or away from the face! Please wear indoor sneakers or cheer shoes! No zippers or hoodies. No Jewellery (i.e. necklaces, dangling earrings, or rings). We require form fitting attire to allow coaches the ability to ensure athletes are in the correct body positions during tumbling.

We recommend you bring a water bottle... and a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

Q. Can parents watch?

A. Parents/guardians may watch practices. However, we prefer that parents/guardians drop off and pick up, to encourage the athlete's independence. If your athlete is 4-5 years old or you have spoken with Coach Jess about staying to watch practices the first few times, then we welcome you to stay. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know! We want all the athletes to have fun and try their best, and we believe we can execute this if there is not a large audience.
